The tables below outline guide rates for our B2B services which are subject to change on a case-by-case basis. Community projects receive pro-bono credits on a case-by-case basis, while discounting for non-profits and charities are as follows:
Non-profit & Charity Discount Summary
- Hourly: up to 20-40% off standard
- Day rates: up to 20-40% off
- Monthly managed services: up to 30% off
- Fixed-price projects: 20-40% off (scope dependent)
- Pro bono/credits: optional 8-24 hrs/year for micro-charities
Eligibility
- Tier A - Micro charity / CIC (≤10 staff or ≤£250k income): highest discounts
- Tier B - Small/medium non-profit (≤100 staff or ≤£2m income): moderate discounts
- Tier C - Large non-profit (>100 staff or >£2m income): modest discounts

Discount terms for non-profits and charitable companies:
- - Must be a registered charity, CIO, CIC, or NPO with public benefit objects.
- - Discounts apply to professional services fees; 3rd-party costs (cloud, hardware, travel) are pass-through.
- - Not combinable with other promotions; capped at one active discount per engagement.
- - Annual review if circumstances change.
